Serving Method

The meat is prepared with a special marinade from Aloo Lahma and is buried in hot coals for four hours to achieve a wonderful madfoon flavor. We also serve two types of rice with excellent sauces.

Types of Meat:

• Naimi (Medium-sized Lebanese): 2800
• Hara (Medium-sized Lebanese): 2700
• Sawakni (Medium-sized): 2500

• Spicy Salad
• Tahini
